Handling Solutions Ltd is the sole UK distributors for the Sacria
range of vertical
and fully automatic horizontal balers.
As a direct result of client led requirements, Sacria
has developed the largest range of machines currently available.
They have been building the range of fully automatic horizontal
units since 1976 and have installed 1000’s of machines throughout
the world.
Sacria
has expanded their export market to include the Far East and the
Czech Republic,
with recent installations of fully automatic MRF’s in both
these areas.
All key WHS personnel
have been trained at the Sacria
factory and are fully conversant in the operation of their machines. We also carry all commonly used (wearing) spares to enable us to keep the fleet
of machinery working at optimum performance.

The
Saphir 15 is an entry levely fully automatic baling press,
capable of handling process waste (i.e. trim/offcut) up to
2 tonnes per hour.The bale size produced will weigh in the
region of 100-150Kg (dependant on material processed)
The
Saphir 25 & 40 offer the entry level to ”Mill Size”
baling presses. Ideal for production waste, which is fed continuously
by either hand/conveyor/air.
A
full range built on the Standard frame and fitted to the
customers required specification dependant on material throughput.These
units can accomodate a throughput from 1 tonne to 5 tonnes
Per Hour and are the most popular Machines in circulation.
The 450 is the newest model in the fleet, having a ”wide”
loading aperture (1400x1000mm) to accomodate large items.
This machine can produce a bale weighing 400-700Kg. This
unit will handle up to 2.5 Tonnes Per Hour.

The
Saphir 500 is a heavy duty shear baler asserting 50 tonnes
of force, with a throughput per Hour of up to 2.5 tonnes.
This machine is ideal for an MRF, for baling plastic film
and cardboard.
The 600 is a heavy duty unit, designed to accomodate up
to 6-10 Tonnes per Hour, from automatic feed systems. This
unit is ideal for the larger producer of waste material.
These
units are for the larger producer as the throughput can
be up to 13 Tonnes per Hour. These units can also be fitted
with a guillotine for paper core applications.
Larger
units capable of processing up to 25 tonnes per hour are available
and details will be sent on request.
