The 400HDE is the newest “semi-automatic” Heavy Duty Baling Press in the range.

Designed and built to assist clients with larger volumes of material - who do not justify the use of a fully automatic tying unit i.e. up to 20 Tonnes per Week.

With a large loading aperture of 1400mm x 1050mm, the unit can accommodate sizeable items with ease and if required fitted with a semi-automatic bin lift system

This unit is available on contract hire for as little as £100 per week, to include full maintenance. Therefore, an average user,producing 10 tonnes per week could earn £350 per week from the use of this unit with no capital expenditure.

The 400HDE can be readily supplied with a Bin-Lift System enabling wheelie bins up to 1100ltr capacity to be used to collect your recyclable waste from different production areas. The Bin-Lift is complete with a 2.5m safety cage which is fitted with interlocked doors, the hydraulic mechanism is operated from the main Baler powerpack.

The 600HD is a heavier duty unit than the 400HDE. Capable of baling mixed materials e.g. plastic film, cardboard, drinks cans.

The Unit is built to assert 60 tonne of force and will handle up to 2 tonnes per hour.
Before becoming labour intensive (due to the tying off process).

The unit can be fed manually or automatically to suit the application and throughput of materials.

This unit is available on contract hire for as little as £130 per week, to include full maintenance. Therefore, an average user, producing 10 tonnes per week, could earn £350 per week from the use of this unit with no capital expenditure.
